When I adopted the vegan lifestyle nine years ago, dessert was not something I was willing to sacrifice! 

Coming clean, I had cheat moments! Options felt so limited, but my belief in a lifestyle that is cruelty free and healthy living was and is close to my heart. I knew there had to be others out there like me, through a lot of research on bakers and ingredient options I eagerly began creating vegan treats for friends and family.

After a Vegan Baking Boot-camp course at the NYC Natural Gourmet Institute and a few months of training, I became a new baker, ready to make my vision a reality.
